Bradford Miller presents at 2014 OSB Family Law ConferenceOn October 17, 2014, SKH Shareholder Brad Miller was a speaker and presenter at the 2014 Oregon State Bar Annual Family Law Conference, a 2-day Continuing Legal Education conference and retreat at the Salishan resort on the Central Oregon coast.Brad's presentation highlighted the laws available to protect children from being uprooted or having their routines disturbed when a divorce or other family law case is filed. The presentation also examined how these laws are sometimes misused or applied inconsistently.While not a substitute for the real thing, a copy of Brad's powerpoint materials is available here.
