Professional Experience
Alyson has nearly two decades of experience practicing law in Washington, DC and New York, NY, where she specialized in general commercial litigation and antitrust law, with a particular expertise in obtaining antitrust clearance for mergers and acquisitions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act pre-merger notification reporting requirements. Alyson has extensive experience in all stages of litigation and merger review, and has spent her career working on high profile and complex transactions and litigation. Over the years, Alyson also has engaged in death penalty and immigration-related pro bono work. After relocating to her hometown of Bend, OR and taking some time off to pursue other interests and volunteer work, Alyson brings her prior experience to the area of family law.

Professional Activities
Alyson is an active member of the Oregon, New York, and Washington, DC Bars, and is an inactive member of the Virginia Bar. She has appeared in federal and state courts in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia.
Community Involvement
Alyson has volunteered in the past for MountainStar Family Relief Nursery and currently volunteers for CASA of Central Oregon as a court appointed special advocate for children experiencing foster care. Through this work, Alyson has honed her commitment to serving families in our community, particularly when they are experiencing challenging times.
Interests
In her free time, Alyson enjoys practicing yoga, skiing, and reading.
