Professional Experience
Lindsey joined SKH’s Astoria Office in 2021, after practicing family law and employment law in California. Since then, she has distinguished herself as an extraordinary advocate in both family law and estate planning, representing clients in matters involving divorce, child custody and support, domestic violence, wills, trusts, and probates. Lindsey became a shareholder with SKH in 2026.
Based out of the firm’s Astoria, Oregon office, Lindsey works closely with Shareholder Arthur Saito in managing the Astoria location while also serving clients at SKH’s Portland and Bend offices. Her versatility and statewide reach make her a trusted resource for clients navigating some of life’s most challenging transitions.
Lindsey maintains bar licenses in both Oregon and California, and was named to the Oregon Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2025, an honor reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Her academic background is equally distinguished; she graduated with honors from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in English and later earned her Juris Doctor, also with honors, from California Western School of Law.
Lindsey attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, on an academic scholarship. She spent her semesters interning for the San Diego Department of Child Support Services, the Legal Aid Society of San Diego Pro Bono Clinics, and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program’s Family Law Division. While in law school, Lindsey was a Teaching Fellow in the areas of contracts, property, and torts, and was the Executive Lead Articles Editor for the California Western Law Review.
With her promotion to Shareholder, Lindsey will continue championing SKH’s client-first philosophy, taking on greater leadership in both representation and firm initiatives. Her dedication and collaborative spirit strengthen SKH’s ability to serve clients with excellence throughout the northwest and beyond.

Professional Activities
Lindsey is an active member of both the Oregon State Bar and the California State Bar. Lindsey is also a serving a two-year term as a contributing member of the Oregon State Bar Bulletin Editorial Advisory Committee.

Lindsey was in the top 8 percent of her graduating law school class and a recipient of the 2019 Antonya Miranda, LLP Scholarship for Family Law. She also contributed as a research assistant to the following article publication: Jessica Fink, Article: Disgorging Harvey Weinstein’s Salary, 41 Berkeley J. Emp. & Lab. L. 285 (2020) (Contributing as Professor Fink’s Research Assistant).
Interests
In her spare time, Lindsey can be found baking treats for her clients. Lindsey also enjoys hiking and running on beaches and trails with her dog.
