Sean L. Kyle

Professional Experience

Sean has been practicing family law since 2018 and rejoined SKH in the summer of 2024. Sean’s passion for the practice of law and strong belief in the importance of the judicial system is inspired in no small part by the time he spent working as a teacher in Kenya, a country where the notion of family law and protecting the rights of all family members is practically non-existent.

Sean values working closely with clients to explore and resolve the issues involved in each case and getting to know and understand his clients as individuals to better aid them in navigating what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives. While dealing with all aspects of his practice, Sean has the experience, drive, and creativity to assist his clients in moving forward and living their best lives.

Sean is a member of the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar and an active member of the Deschutes County Bar Association.

Interests

When not practicing law, Sean can be found hiking, camping, snowboarding, and otherwise exploring beautiful Central Oregon. Sean has travelled extensively and plans to continue checking destinations around the world off of his bucket list. Most importantly, Sean loves spending as much time as possible with family, friends, and his dog Saoirse.
